Keep specification changes traceable

• Changes to the source specifications must be recorded in docs/CHANGELOG.md in the same change or review. The documentation build checks this requirement.

• Platform specification history and individual plugin release notes are maintained separately.

• A source entry describes documentation or implementation changes; it does not by itself prove deployment, public release, or Host installation.

• The complete historical log is maintained in Chinese and remains available through the source link below.
